Thank you for taking the time to look through my website. I hope that this has provided you with a basic understanding of the glycemic index and the current theories/issues that are surrounding it. While the glycemic index does show some major possibilities for the future, more information needs to be discovered before any individual should make a diet plan solely based off of it.
